We are based in the south of Bath and mainly pick up from this area, however even if you live outside this area please do get in touch as we try to be very flexible. 

Yes! We try to be as flexible as possible so as long as we can fit you in and your dog is matched to the group, we can always try to offer a last-minute walk! 

In short, yes! We will need you to provide full details of your dog's insurance and only accept dogs that are fully vaccinated 

We always focus on the dogs when out walking and give them our undivided attention so we will take a photo or short video and send it to you after your dog has been dropped home safe and happy! 

We understand that plans can change at the last minute but we do ask you for at least 24hrs cancellation notice for any walk to avoid being charged. If this is not possible we can offer an alternative walk the same week if we have space.
